Legacy Now: Accendo have been working with Fundamental on this exciting project for the London Development Agency, helping to deliver and report on creative sessions to consult children about the Olympic legacy. Work continues on the project until the summer, click here to download the interim report and case study for this project.
Accendo have recently drafted the Youth Panel’s official response to the Olympic consultation, and will now be working with Fundamental to evaluate the Young People’s experiences of participating in the consultation and the Legacy Now Youth Panel.
Revolving Doors Agency (RDA): Accendo is working with the Revolving Doors Agency to evaluate services in London and Sussex which seek to create opportunities for people caught up in a cycle of crisis, crime and mental illness to transform their lives. The evaluations involve collection and analysis of monitoring and outcomes data as well as qualitative work with staff and service users. The public report about the HMP Lewes to Brighton service will be published on the RDA website soon.
Shelter: As part of Shelter’s research programme Accendo have delivered over 70 in-depth telephone interviews with tenants, landlords and homeowners across the country and analysed this data. Interviews with tenants and landlords contibuted to ‘Taking the strain – the Private Rented Sector in the recession” (Shelter 2009)

Toynbee Hall: Accendo conducted an evaluation of the Toynbee Hall, Safe Exit Diversion Service for women involved in prostitution. The evaluation involved a review of monitoring data, interviews with women and interviews with professional stakeholders. The report will be launched on the Toynbee Hall website soon.
